Here’s what you can look forward to at the Intro Session so you can come fully prepared and make the most of your time with us:

When you join the Champions Rise MMA Training Camp, you’re getting professional, structured training sessions over a 21-week period, with the most experienced MMA coaches in Calgary who have a proven record of training fighters to world level organizations like the UFC and Bellator.
You also receive all your training gear including Champions Rise branded 16oz and 8oz gloves, 2 pieces of custom uniform (eg. rash guard / crop top and tights / shorts), Champions Rise branded shin guards and hand wraps, and ongoing support through a private forum.
The program ends with the ultimate bucket list experience, the Champions Rise Amateur Fight Finale (optional), which is also included in the cost of the program.
Regular Tuition: $2700
Option 1: PAY IN FULL. The pay-in-full option gives you the opportunity to get an Early Bird discount of $400 before January 10, 2025. Total Early Bird Pay-In-Full Tuition: $2,300.
Option 2: PAYMENT PLAN. The pay-in-full option gives you the opportunity to get an Early Bird discount of $300 before January 10, 2025. Total Early Bird Payment Plan Tuition $2,400.
Pay $500 upon registration
Pay the remaining balance of $1900 by 12 weekly payment installments of $158 over the first 3 months of the program.
STEP 1: FOUNDATIONS AND BULLET PROOFING
This phase one of our program is designed to build your strength, agility, and conditioning. You will learn basic movements and techniques that are fundamental for MMA. The styles we focus on are BJJ, Muay Thai and wrestling. By the end of the phase one you will be physically bullet proofed and ready for the next stage of your training.

STEP 2: TECHNIQUE IN MOTION WITH INCREASED RESISTANCE
The time has come for you to put what you’ve learned into practice. Now that your fitness and functional strength have come a long way, it’s time your coaches will begin to introduce light contact drills in striking, groundwork and wrestling as you continue to build on the MMA foundations you have learned in phase one.

STEP 3: PRESSURE & MENTAL STRENGTH
You are about to embark on the final leg of your journey, and you have been given all the tools necessary for success. To ensure you are prepared to make the walk and perform under the bright lights and live audience in front of family and friends, your training sessions will consist of live MMA sparring, live drills and recovery work. Your coaches will now focus more on mental training so that when it comes time for battle night – whether physical or mental, there isn’t anything holding back what’s inside!

We have meticulously crafted a program that takes you through four stages, each designed to elevate your skills, enhance your physical fitness, and unlock your true potential. Let’s delve into what lies ahead:

Stage 4: Fight Night Live
In Stage 1, Foundations & Bulletproofing, you’ll lay the groundwork for your MMA journey. This stage focuses on building a solid foundation by mastering fundamental techniques, enhancing your physical fitness, and developing mental resilience. You’ll undergo rigorous training to bulletproof your skills, ensuring a strong base from which you can grow.
Moving into Stage 2, Movement & Drilling, you’ll dive deeper into the intricacies of MMA. You’ll learn advanced movements, sharpen your techniques, and begin applying them with precision and fluidity. This stage emphasizes the importance of drilling and repetition to refine your skills, enabling you to execute techniques with confidence and efficiency.
As you progress to Stage 3, Fight Camp Ready, you’ll enter a transformative phase akin to that of professional MMA athletes. The training regimen intensifies, incorporating sparring sessions, advanced conditioning exercises, and mental preparation. This stage simulates the experience of a real fight camp, pushing you to your limits and preparing you mentally and physically for the challenges ahead.
Finally, Stage 4 arrives — Fight Night Live. Whether you choose to step into the cage or cheer from the sidelines, this stage is a celebration of your growth, courage, and unwavering dedication. This stage marks the culmination of your journey, offering the option to compete in a sanctioned amateur MMA match within the electric atmosphere of the Pro-Series Octagon Cage. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills, test your newfound abilities, and experience the thrill of a real MMA bout.
These four stages weave a cohesive narrative of progression, skill development, and personal transformation. Throughout each stage, our experienced coaches will be by your side, providing guidance and support and helping you reach your fullest potential!
